Nucor Crawfordsville, IN orders a JetBox and Burner System from Inteco PTI

Nucor Crawfordsville, IN has ordered a Chemical Energy System for their 2 AC EAF´s from Inteco PTI. The order includes forged machined JetBoxes and Burners as well as automation and process support during start up and commissioning.

This order represents another milestone in the successful partnership between Nucor and Inteco PTI.

The installation of Inteco PTI’s Chemical Energy Package is scheduled for May/June 2020 and expected to reduce various KPI’s in the EAF (e.g. kWh consumption, TTT, utility consumption, etc.).
