New chemical energy and material injection project

INTECO PTI was awarded with another Chemical Energy as well as Carbon and Lime Injection Technology Packages by a major steel maker in North America. The Package includes full Engineering, Inteco PTI’s proprietary JetBox and JetBurners, Valve train, 10 x Lime and Carbon injection vessels, all the necessary instrumentation for the silos and the pipe run, and air compressor package to be installed for air requirements. 

The DC EAF has a unique process melting mix of Scrap and DRI requiring special approach in applying chemical energy and material injection. The INTECO PTI Team will provide full process support to achieve set goals.
