NEW AUTOMATION & VISUALISATION UPGRADE for PESR-FURNACE

Carpenter Technology Corporation operates a PESR-furnace which was supplied by INTECO melting & casting technologies GmbH in 2009. The Automation and Visualisation System of the furnace is AutomationX V4.7 and the servers as well as the clients are still the original ones which were supplied by INTECO.

As these PCs are now around 10 years old and the possibility of a breakdown becomes bigger and bigger, CARTECH wants to upgrade the Automation system and exchange all computers. An upgrade to the newest Operating system also requires an update to the latest AutomationX Version 4.10.
