Ladle preheater upgrade for Gerdau Tuta

Gerdau Tuta, Colombia has ordered a customized horizontal ladle preheater upgrade package from INTECO PTI. 

The whole revamping package consists of 1 of the existing horizontal ladle preheaters. Moreover, engineering, project management, start up and commissioning for the project is part of the scope of supply. The package also includes state of the art software and preheater controls to maximize utility consumption.

All preheater components will be engineered, and fully custom built in our own workshop in Atlanta, GA.
